Partner Terms
Business terms for the Diplotix Founding Growth Partner Program. These terms are subject to final legal review.
Eligibility and approval
Partner participation is application-based. Approval is not guaranteed, and Diplotix may approve, reject, suspend, or terminate partner access to protect the platform and its users.
Partner relationship
Partners participate as independent partners and are not Diplotix employees, agents, legal representatives, or joint venture partners.
Commission terms
Approved partners may earn a 25% recurring commission for 12 months on eligible verified recruiter payments attributed through their partner referral link.
Payout timing and threshold
Payouts are reviewed on a monthly cycle and require a minimum eligible balance of Rs. 5,000 before payout processing.
Refunds, failures, and fraud
No commission is owed on refunded, failed, cancelled, disputed, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise invalid payments.
Referral attribution
Referral attribution depends on Diplotix referral tracking and existing attribution rules. Users may not choose their own referral code; codes are generated after admin approval.
Partner conduct
Partners must not spam, misrepresent Diplotix, make unauthorized promises, use deceptive claims, or promote the program in ways that harm users or platform trust.
Taxes
Partners are responsible for taxes, filings, and compliance obligations that apply to their payouts or partner activity.
