Terms of Service
Version: 1.0
Effective Date: To be updated before public launch
Platform: Diplotix
Contact: support@diplotix.com
These Terms of Service explain the rules for using Diplotix. Diplotix is currently a pre-launch / beta hiring platform for candidates, recruiters, partners, and platform administrators.
These Terms are written for an India-first launch. Some legal, billing, partner, and operational details may be updated before public launch as the product, company setup, providers, and legal review are finalized.
Contact us at support@diplotix.com for questions about these Terms.
1. Introduction
Diplotix helps candidates create profiles, discover jobs, save jobs, apply to roles, and manage hiring-related information. Diplotix helps recruiters create company profiles, post jobs, review applications, manage hiring workflows, use decision-support tools, manage teams, and manage subscriptions. Diplotix also includes a partner program for referral tracking, commissions, payout methods, payout batches, and partner audit records.
These Terms govern your access to and use of Diplotix websites, workspaces, dashboards, portals, forms, and related services.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing Diplotix, submitting information, using a workspace, applying to the partner program, starting a subscription, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms.
If you use Diplotix for a company, recruiter workspace, partner organization, or other business, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that organization and to bind it to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Diplotix.
3. Eligibility
You may use Diplotix only if you are legally able to use an employment or business platform and accept these Terms.
You must:
- Be old enough under applicable law to use the service and provide account information.
- Have legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Use Diplotix only for lawful candidate, hiring, recruiting, partner, billing, support, or platform-administration purposes.
Diplotix is not intended for children. The exact minimum age and any additional eligibility rules may be updated before public launch after founder and legal review.
4. Accounts
Candidates
Candidate accounts are for real individuals seeking or exploring work opportunities. Candidates may create profiles, upload resumes, save jobs, apply to roles, manage settings, and use candidate workspace features that are available in the product.
Candidates are responsible for the accuracy of profile information, resumes, experience, education, skills, preferences, applications, and uploaded content.
Recruiters
Recruiter accounts and recruiter workspaces are for authorized representatives of real companies or hiring organizations. Recruiters may create company profiles, post jobs, review applications, access candidate information for lawful hiring purposes, manage hiring workflows, invite team members, and manage subscription features that are available in the product.
Recruiters must have authority to represent the company, post jobs, use company names and logos, invite team members, and process candidate information.
Partners
Partner accounts and partner portal access are for approved or invited partners. Partner applicants may submit application information for review. Approved partners may receive referral codes, track referral activity, manage profile details, provide payout information, and view commission or payout records where available.
Partner access does not create ownership of a referred recruiter, customer relationship, subscription, or commission. Any commission is conditional on eligibility, valid attribution, verified payment, fraud review, payout rules, tax/KYC requirements, and applicable Partner Program Terms.
Administrators
Administrator access is limited to authorized Diplotix personnel or authorized operational users. Admins may access platform records only for permitted support, security, billing, audit, moderation, fraud-prevention, partner management, user management, reporting, and platform operations.
Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your account access secure. You must not share credentials, magic links, OTPs, admin passwords, workspace access, or other account access methods with unauthorized people.
Tell us promptly at support@diplotix.com if you believe your account, workspace, payout information, or billing information has been compromised.
One Account Rule
You must not create multiple accounts to avoid limits, evade suspension, manipulate referrals, abuse trials, bypass billing rules, create fake activity, or mislead other users.
Diplotix may allow one person to have access to more than one role or workspace where the product supports it, such as a recruiter who also has partner access. That permission does not allow abuse, fraud, duplicate identities, or account sharing.
Suspension
We may suspend or restrict an account, workspace, feature, job post, referral code, commission, payout, or content if we believe there is a violation of these Terms, fraud, abuse, non-payment, security risk, legal risk, fake activity, candidate-safety concern, payment dispute, partner dispute, or investigation.
Termination
You may stop using Diplotix at any time. Some account closure, deletion, export, refund, payout, or subscription actions may require support review because not every process is fully automated in the audited product.
We may terminate an account, workspace, partner access, or subscription access if there is a serious or repeated violation, fraud, unlawful activity, security risk, non-payment, misuse of candidate data, partner abuse, or other material risk to Diplotix or its users.
5. Platform Services
Diplotix may provide different services for different roles. Some services may be unavailable, limited, plan-gated, under beta testing, or changed before public launch.
Candidate Services
Candidate services may include account creation, sign-in, profile creation, resume upload, job discovery, saved jobs, applications, application status tracking, profile completion guidance, settings, visibility controls, blocked companies, and notifications.
Candidate-facing resume parsing is currently disabled. Candidate-job matching and recommendations may use platform matching logic.
Recruiter Services
Recruiter services may include recruiter profiles, company profiles, job posting, application review, resume access for authorized hiring workflows, candidate notes, stage history, interviews, feedback, offers, team/workspace invitations, search, reports, billing, subscription features, and recruiter AI decision-support tools.
Partner Program
Partner services may include partner applications, profile management, referral codes, referral tracking, referral attribution, commission ledger records, payout method submission, payout batches, payout items, audit events, suspension status, invitation flows, and recovery records.
Partner program rules may also be governed by the Partner Program Terms.
AI Assistance
Diplotix currently implements recruiter-facing AI decision-support features. AI may help recruiters generate candidate insights, interview questions, candidate comparisons, or hiring recommendations based on information the recruiter is authorized to view.
AI is assistive only. It does not replace human review and does not make final hiring decisions.
Subscription Services
Recruiter subscription services may include plan-gated access, usage limits, entitlements, trials, checkout, billing provider flows, subscription status, and billing portal or support-based management depending on the payment provider and plan.
6. User Responsibilities

- Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages.

- Violate another person's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or legal rights.
- Interfere with platform operations, support, billing, security, audits, or investigations.
8. AI Services
Diplotix AI features are intended to assist recruiters. They may summarize candidate or application information, suggest interview questions, compare candidates, or generate hiring recommendations.
AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, outdated, or based on incomplete information. You must verify AI outputs before relying on them.
AI does not make final hiring decisions. Recruiters and employers remain responsible for all human review, interviews, offers, rejections, accommodations, legal compliance, and employment decisions.
You must not use AI features to discriminate, make unlawful employment decisions, bypass human review, extract system prompts, attack the service, generate abusive content, or process information you are not authorized to use.
Diplotix may change, limit, suspend, disable, or replace AI features, providers, models, credits, prompts, outputs, or related workflows as the product evolves or as needed for safety, compliance, abuse prevention, or provider availability.
9. Billing
Paid recruiter features may require a subscription, trial, checkout, billing provider account, or other paid plan access.
Diplotix currently supports Razorpay and Stripe billing flows. INR is the current launch currency for India. The price, plan, billing interval, tax treatment, checkout details, and subscription status shown at checkout or in the billing provider flow are important commercial records.
Subscriptions and Renewals
Subscriptions may renew according to the selected plan and provider flow unless cancelled before renewal according to the applicable product or provider process.
Some subscription management may happen through a provider billing portal. Some beta Razorpay subscription management may require support assistance.
Pricing and Taxes
Prices may change prospectively. Taxes, fees, or charges may apply depending on the plan, provider setup, invoice, customer location, or applicable law. Diplotix may update plans, pricing, limits, credits, and entitlements before public launch or in future versions.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, is reversed, disputed, charged back, or cannot be verified, Diplotix may pause, restrict, downgrade, or suspend paid features, subscription access, credits, jobs, recruiter workspace features, or related services.
Exact grace periods are not finalized. We will not promise a specific grace period unless it is shown in the product, checkout, provider flow, or a written plan agreement.
Cancellation
Cancellation generally stops future renewal; it does not automatically create a refund or remove prior payment obligations. The exact cancellation effect may depend on the provider, plan, billing status, and timing.
Refunds
Diplotix does not promise automatic refunds, automatic proration, or automatic credits unless required by law, shown in a specific offer, approved by Diplotix, or stated in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
The Refund & Cancellation Policy provides additional details. Billing or refund questions should be sent to support@diplotix.com.
Plan Changes
Upgrades, downgrades, credits, proration, usage limits, and entitlement changes may depend on provider confirmation and product rules. We do not promise a specific proration or credit result unless it is shown in the product, checkout, provider flow, or a written plan agreement.
10. Partner Program
The partner program is subject to application approval, valid referral tracking, active partner status, payment verification, fraud review, payout review, tax/KYC requirements, and the Partner Program Terms.
Referral Eligibility
A referral may be eligible only if it is connected to a valid active partner referral code or attribution record, occurs within the applicable referral window, and is not excluded by self-referral, existing-account, fraud, duplicate-account, fake-company, fake-recruiter, abuse, or other ineligibility rules.
The currently implemented referral window is 90 days. Founder and legal approval should confirm the final public partner terms before partner launch.
Commission Eligibility
Commission eligibility is conditional. A referral does not guarantee a commission or payout.
Commissions may depend on eligible paid subscriptions, supported payment providers, verified payment or invoice records, valid attribution, active partner status, duplicate-payment safeguards, plan eligibility, payout method verification, tax/KYC completion, and compliance with these Terms and the Partner Program Terms.
At launch, not every billing provider or subscription flow may create partner commissions. Current implementation supports partner commission creation from verified Razorpay payment events; Stripe billing exists, but partner commission creation for Stripe should not be assumed unless Diplotix confirms it in the Partner Program Terms or product materials.
Voids, Refunds, and Chargebacks
Refunds, voided invoices, chargebacks, disputes, payment reversals, invalid attribution, fraud, breach, or mistaken payment records may reduce, void, hold, or recover commissions.
If a commission has already been paid and is later connected to a refund, void, chargeback, dispute, fraud, or ineligible referral, Diplotix may review recovery through offset against future payouts, direct repayment request, payout hold, or another lawful recovery process.
Payouts, KYC, and Taxes
Partners must provide accurate payout details. Current payout method fields include account holder name and UPI ID where provided. Diplotix may require additional tax, KYC, invoice, identity, or compliance information before paying commissions.
Minimum payout thresholds and payout schedules are not finalized in these Terms. Any final threshold, schedule, or payout cadence should be confirmed in the Partner Program Terms or written partner materials.
Partners are responsible for their own taxes, filings, invoices, and legal obligations unless applicable law says otherwise. Diplotix may withhold, report, delay, or deny payouts where required by law or needed for tax, KYC, fraud, dispute, payment, or compliance review.
Suspension and Termination
Diplotix may suspend or terminate partner access, referral codes, commission eligibility, payout eligibility, or partner portal access for fraud, abuse, spam, trademark misuse, invalid traffic, self-referrals, fake recruiters, fake companies, misleading promotion, payment risk, tax/KYC failure, legal risk, or breach of terms.
Partner suspension or termination does not erase historical referral, commission, payout, recovery, tax, security, or audit records.
11. Intellectual Property
Diplotix IP
Diplotix owns or licenses the platform, software, design, branding, workflows, documentation, logos, product names, platform content, and other materials we provide, except for user content and third-party materials.
You may use Diplotix only as allowed by these Terms. You must not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or misuse Diplotix IP without written permission.
User Content
You keep ownership of content you submit, upload, or provide, subject to any rights held by your company, employer, client, or third parties.
User content may include candidate resumes, candidate profiles, applications, portfolio links, recruiter job posts, screening questions, company descriptions, company logos, messages, notes, partner profile information, referral materials, support requests, and uploaded files.
You grant Diplotix a limited license to host, store, display, process, transmit, index, search, match, analyze, secure, moderate, support, and operate your content as needed to provide the service, enforce rules, investigate abuse, maintain records, and comply with law.
Candidate Resumes and Profiles
Candidates remain responsible for their resumes, profiles, applications, portfolio materials, and uploaded documents. Candidates must have the right to upload and share that content.
Diplotix may make candidate information available to authorized recruiters, recruiter team members, admins, and service providers as needed for applications, hiring workflows, support, security, AI decision-support features, and platform operations.
Recruiter Job Posts and Company Materials
Recruiters must have authority to post jobs and use company names, descriptions, logos, websites, salary information, requirements, and other company materials.
Recruiters grant Diplotix permission to display, host, distribute, index, moderate, and process job posts and company materials in connection with the service.
Company Logos and Trademarks
Uploading a company logo or using a company name means you confirm you have permission to use it on Diplotix. Diplotix may remove or restrict logos, names, or brand materials that appear misleading, unauthorized, infringing, or risky.
Partners may not use Diplotix names, logos, screenshots, claims, pricing, or branding in marketing unless approved by Diplotix.
AI-Generated Content
AI outputs are generated to support authorized recruiter workflows. AI outputs may be stored with related application, recruiter, or workflow records.
Diplotix does not guarantee that AI outputs are unique, accurate, suitable, lawful, bias-free, or free from third-party rights issues. Users remain responsible for reviewing AI outputs before using them.
12. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and protect information. It also explains candidate privacy, recruiter access, partner data, billing data, AI processing, cookies, user rights, account deletion, data export, and international transfers.
Please review the Privacy Policy before using Diplotix.
13. Third-Party Services
Diplotix uses third-party services to operate the platform. The audited product uses:

Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy notices, uptime, security practices, cookies, fees, limits, and outages. Diplotix is not responsible for third-party provider failures, delays, changes, or actions outside our control, but we may use reasonable efforts to operate the service through those providers.
14. Service Availability
Diplotix is in pre-launch / beta status. Features may change, break, be limited, be plan-gated, or be removed as the product evolves.
We may perform planned or emergency maintenance. We may also limit, suspend, or disable features because of provider outages, payment issues, security risks, abuse, fraud, legal concerns, infrastructure incidents, or product changes.
We do not promise uninterrupted service, exact uptime, exact response times, or permanent availability of any feature, plan, price, AI model, provider, credit, integration, route, job post, application flow, referral flow, or billing flow.
15. Disclaimers

- Employment, job offers, interviews, recruiter responses, candidate responses, hires, or salary outcomes.
- That a candidate profile, resume, skill, education, experience, salary, portfolio, or application is accurate.
- That a recruiter, company, job post, salary range, location, job type, hiring process, or offer is accurate or lawful.

Diplotix's responsibility for any claim will be limited in a fair and reasonable way based on the nature of the service, the role of the user, applicable law, and any specific paid plan, order, or written agreement that applies.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or other liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
This section should be reviewed by counsel before publication, especially for paid subscriptions, candidates, partners, and India-first launch requirements.
17. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to protect Diplotix from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, unlawful conduct, or content you submit.
Candidates are responsible for claims related to false profiles, fake applications, unlawful uploads, resume or portfolio rights, impersonation, malware, or misuse of recruiter or platform information.
Recruiters and recruiter organizations are responsible for claims related to job posts, company materials, logos, hiring decisions, employment practices, candidate privacy, candidate data misuse, discrimination, interviews, offers, notes, messages, AI reliance, team access, subscription misuse, or unlawful recruiting activity.

This section should be reviewed by counsel before publication.

- Partner commission abuse, invalid traffic, self-referral, tax/KYC issue, or payout risk.
- Illegal hiring, discrimination, harassment, unlawful content, malware, prompt injection, or AI abuse.
- Legal request, legal risk, provider issue, or operational emergency.
Suspension or termination may affect access to data, jobs, applications, subscriptions, referral codes, commissions, payouts, AI outputs, or workspaces. Some records may be retained for billing, tax, accounting, audit, fraud prevention, security, legal, dispute, partner recovery, or platform integrity reasons.
If you believe your account, content, referral, commission, payout, or workspace was restricted by mistake, contact support@diplotix.com. We may review the issue, but we do not promise a particular outcome or response time unless required by law or stated in a separate written agreement.
19. Governing Law
Diplotix is being prepared for an India-first launch. The final legal entity, governing law, venue, and dispute process should be confirmed before public launch.
