1 Welcome

Diplotix is intended to be a trusted hiring platform where candidates, recruiters, partners, administrators, and visitors interact professionally.

These Community Guidelines explain the behaviour expected on Diplotix. They are designed to help keep the platform useful, honest, safe, and fair for everyone using it.

2 Who These Guidelines Apply To

These Guidelines apply to:

  • Candidates who create profiles, upload resumes, apply for jobs, or use candidate features.
  • Recruiters who create company profiles, post jobs, review candidates, or use recruiter features.
  • Partners who apply to or participate in the Diplotix Partner Program.
  • Administrators who manage platform operations.
  • Visitors where these Guidelines are relevant to their use of Diplotix.

3 Respectful Behaviour

Users must treat others professionally and respectfully.

Do not:

  • Harass, threaten, bully, or intimidate another person.
  • Use hate speech or abusive language.
  • Discriminate against people based on legally protected characteristics, including religion, caste, race, ethnicity, nationality, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, marital status, pregnancy, or any other status protected by applicable law.
  • Send hostile, degrading, sexually explicit, or exploitative messages.
  • Pressure candidates, recruiters, partners, or administrators to act outside the platform rules.

Professional communication is expected across profiles, applications, job posts, partner activity, support requests, and any other platform interaction.

4 Authentic Accounts

Diplotix depends on accurate identities and truthful profiles.

Do not:

  • Create fake accounts.
  • Impersonate another person or organisation.
  • Create fake companies, fake recruiter profiles, or fake candidate profiles.
  • Use misleading names, contact details, credentials, job titles, company details, or profile information.
  • Share accounts or allow someone else to use your account.
  • Use multiple accounts to bypass limits, enforcement, referral rules, subscription rules, or review processes.

Users are responsible for keeping their account information accurate and reasonably up to date.

5 Honest Job Opportunities

Recruiters must use Diplotix to post genuine job opportunities.

Recruiters must:

  • Post real jobs that they are authorised to recruit for.
  • Provide accurate job descriptions, role expectations, location details, compensation details, and benefits where provided.
  • Avoid misleading salary, benefits, company, contract, or work arrangement claims.
  • Collect only candidate information that is reasonably needed for hiring.
  • Respect candidate privacy and use candidate information only for legitimate hiring purposes.

Recruiters must not post:

  • Scams.
  • Pyramid schemes.
  • Illegal opportunities.
  • Misleading work-from-home, investment, training, placement, or pay-to-work offers.
  • Jobs that are designed mainly to collect personal information rather than evaluate candidates for a real role.

6 Candidate Responsibilities

Candidates are responsible for the information they submit to Diplotix.

Candidates must:

  • Provide truthful profile, resume, education, experience, skills, and application information.
  • Upload only resumes, portfolios, documents, and other materials they own or have permission to use.
  • Avoid impersonating another person.
  • Avoid submitting fraudulent qualifications, employment history, certifications, references, or work samples.
  • Communicate with recruiters professionally.

Candidates must not abuse recruiters, submit unlawful files, or use Diplotix to misrepresent their identity, experience, eligibility, or right to apply for a role.

7 Partner Responsibilities

Partners must promote Diplotix honestly and follow the Partner Program Terms.

Partners must not:

  • Spam referral links.
  • Buy fake traffic or use artificial referral activity.
  • Create fake recruiter accounts, fake companies, fake subscriptions, or fake payment activity.
  • Manipulate referral attribution.
  • Misrepresent their relationship with Diplotix.
  • Use Diplotix branding, trademarks, domains, ads, or social media accounts in a misleading way.
  • Encourage others to violate Diplotix rules.

Partner benefits, commissions, and payouts remain subject to the Partner Program Terms and applicable review.

8 AI Usage

Diplotix may provide AI-assisted features to support users. AI features must be used responsibly.

Do not use AI features to:

  • Deceive candidates, recruiters, partners, administrators, or other users.
  • Generate fraudulent resumes, fake qualifications, fake candidate profiles, or fake job descriptions.
  • Create spam, scams, abusive content, discriminatory content, or misleading communications.
  • Attempt prompt injection, model manipulation, security bypass, or automated abuse.
  • Replace required human judgment in hiring decisions.

AI output should be reviewed before use. For more information, see the AI Usage Policy.

9 Spam and Abuse

Do not use Diplotix for spam, scams, or abusive activity.

Prohibited activity includes:

  • Unsolicited or repetitive messages.
  • Mass invitations or mass outreach that is not permitted by the platform.
  • Phishing or attempts to steal credentials, payment information, identity information, or confidential information.
  • Malware, malicious links, or harmful files.
  • Referral spam.
  • Repetitive, low-quality, misleading, or manipulative content.
  • Attempts to artificially inflate applications, referrals, subscriptions, payments, views, or other platform activity.

10 Security

Users must respect the security of Diplotix and other users.

Do not:

  • Attempt to access accounts, workspaces, data, dashboards, or systems that are not yours.
  • Attempt to bypass authentication, authorisation, rate limits, payment checks, referral checks, admin controls, or other security measures.
  • Probe, scan, exploit, or publicly disclose vulnerabilities without authorisation.
  • Use bots, scripts, scraping tools, or automation to abuse the platform.
  • Share credentials or encourage another person to share credentials.
  • Upload malware or harmful files.

11 Illegal Content

Do not use Diplotix to post, upload, share, promote, or request illegal content or unlawful activity.

This includes:

  • Illegal goods or services.
  • Unlawful hiring activity.
  • Copyright infringement or unauthorised use of third-party content.
  • Stolen information.
  • Personal information posted without permission.
  • Content that violates applicable law, court orders, or legal rights.

12 Reporting Problems

Users can report problems by contacting support@diplotix.com.

You may contact us to report:

  • Fraud.
  • Abuse.
  • Scams.
  • Fake recruiters.
  • Fake candidates.
  • Fake companies.
  • Fake jobs.
  • Referral abuse.
  • Security concerns.
  • Policy violations.

Where possible, include relevant details such as account names, company names, job links, referral details, screenshots, or a short explanation of the issue. Do not send unnecessary sensitive personal information.

13 Enforcement

Diplotix may take action when these Guidelines, the Terms of Service, the Partner Program Terms, or other platform rules are violated.

Depending on the situation, Diplotix may:

  • Warn users.
  • Remove or restrict content.
  • Restrict access to features.
  • Suspend accounts, profiles, workspaces, or partner access.
  • Terminate accounts.
  • Withhold, void, recover, or offset partner benefits where permitted by the Partner Program Terms.
  • Report illegal activity where required by law.

Enforcement may vary based on severity, context, repeated behaviour, user history, risk to others, platform integrity, and legal obligations.

14 Appeals

Users may contact support@diplotix.com to request review of an enforcement action.

An appeal should include the account, profile, job, referral, or action being appealed and any relevant context. Diplotix may review appeals at its discretion. Not every decision will be reversed.

15 Changes

Diplotix may update these Community Guidelines over time as the platform, law, business requirements, and user safety needs evolve.

When these Guidelines are updated, the new version will apply from the effective date stated in the updated document unless a different process is required by law.
