You can request permanent deletion of your Diplotix account and associated personal data using the form below.

Provide the email address associated with your Diplotix account. We may contact you at that address to verify account ownership before deletion.

Requests are normally processed within 7 business days.

What happens when your account is deleted

Subject to legal and operational retention requirements, deletion may include the following information associated with your Diplotix account:

  • Account and profile information
  • Candidate profile data
  • Recruiter profile data, if applicable
  • Resumes, CVs, and uploaded profile assets
  • Saved jobs
  • Application-related personal data where deletion is legally and operationally permissible
  • Candidate settings and preferences
  • Other personal information associated with the account

Deletion does not necessarily mean that every database record or message can be physically removed immediately. Some limited records may need to remain for the reasons described here.

Data we may retain

Diplotix may retain limited information where it is reasonably necessary for:

  • Legal obligations
  • Security and fraud prevention
  • Dispute resolution
  • Enforcement of agreements
  • Legitimate record-keeping requirements
